We stock all the products we sell in our own warehouse. Unlike most internet retailers who only make the sale and pass it on to third parties or the manufacturers to ship your orders which causes delays we actually pack and ship you what you ordered within 1 business day of payment being received.

With low and free shipping costs and some of the fastest shipping times offered today we believe we will get you what you want in a timely manner that will make you happy. Most orders will be delivered within 3-7 days after the payment is received. There are some exceptions of course. If you are an international buyer please know that customs and other delays will occur though your order will ship within 48 hours you may find 2-5 weeks transit times depending on your country. Customers outside the continental US may also experience shipping time delays including AK, HI, PR, US Protectorates, APO/FPO addresses.

You will be emailed a shipping confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your package is being packed. In fact when we prepare your shipping label an email is sent out to let you know. You can track your package from that email or by logging into your account and looking up you order.

We ask that you complete your shipping address when you are checking out. Do not forget Apt numbers of any other details as shipments gets processed fast we rarely can make a change after the item is shipped. This will help you avoid lost or stolen shipments because of a wrong address used upon checkout. We are not responsible for items delivered to addresses that were given to us upon checkout if they happen to be wrongly provided though we will be happy to reship them to you if they come back to us.

You will be able to enter the shipping address you would like us to send the order to when you are checking out. Though we can change the address after an order is placed provided it has not shipped yet. This will only delay your shipment so be sure to enter it on your order.

International Buyers should also be aware that they are liable for any customs fees or import duties or taxes that may be assessed in your country. We do not have specific information relating to current customs rates for each country so please be sure to do your research before you make your purchases.
